    Ms. Martin is an associate of Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP where she primarily practices in residential and commercial real estate law, as well as small business law. Ms. Martin attended Capital University Law School and worked as a sole practitioner for many years. Ms. Martin has taught legal studies for paralegals and ran a small business in Westerville, Ohio before joining Maguire Schneider Hassay, LLP.

    Mr. Martin practices in the areas of consumer, bankruptcy, business, banking and real estate law. Mr. Martin has represented both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy proceedings before both the Northern and Southern District Bankruptcy Courts for the State of Ohio.     Mr. Meterko currently practices in the areas of general litigation and appeals.  Mr. Meterko has trial and appellate advocacy experience, including representing firm clients in litigation and appeals before the Supreme Court of Ohio.  A significant portion of his practice centers on the defense of professional liability claims and errors and omissions claims brought against individuals and businesses, including the representation of real estate brokers and real estate salespersons before Ohio’s state courts and the Ohio Division of Real Estate.     Mr. Maguire is the founding partner of our Firm. He practices in the areas of civil and criminal litigation in state and federal courts. Mr. Maguire has litigated cases involving insurance coverage, consumer law, non-compete agreements, and negligence including the resolution of personal injury cases in excess of one million dollars. Mr. Maguire is a former Senior Assistant in the office of the Franklin County Prosecutor where he served on the felony trial staff.
